This class is step 1 for individuals with health issues that restrict their physical activity or for seniors that are not currently physically active. The main goal is to get participants physically active for a minimum of 150-minutes per week in a manner that is safe and effective!   • EssentialsEssentials is part of SPARC's Team Training program, and it is designed specifically for our members that are over 60-years of age. Participants learn and practice proper movement, improve strength, cardio, and body composition, and build resiliency for a long and enjoyable life! with SPARC Athens 9:00 am to 10:00 am
  • Sports PerformanceSPARC Middle School programs emphasize proper movement patterns over loading weights.  The programs run for 60-75 minutes.  Athletes will learn proper warm up prior to the start of training.  After the warm-up our coaches will guide them through a speed and agility session.  These sessions teach change of direction, first step quickness, jump mechanics, and overall coordination.  Sessions conclude with strength training to reinforce optimal motor patterns. Middle School classes are offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. A make-up session is available on Saturday. SPARC High School programs reinforce movement patterns taught in the middle school program. This program runs for 90 minutes and includes a warm-up, speed and agility, strength training, and conditioning. High School classes are offered Monday-Friday. A make-up session is available on Saturday. with SPARC Athens 4:45 pm to 6:00 pm
