YOUTH SPORTS TRAINING
SPARC Gym offers middle school sports training to provide younger athletes with the skills and guidance needed to help them stay healthy and perform well. Our trainers will teach these middle schoolers proper techniques, such as warm ups and speed and agility sessions.
The youth sports training program allows younger athletes to prepare for future years and become stronger and build endurance to never stop improving. The 60-minute program provides these athletes with more knowledge and experience in strength and agility.
It is important to us that middle school athletes develop these good habits in youth sports training to avoid injury and ensure a healthy athletic performance.
