Our trainers at SPARC Gym are trained to make sure that your workout is safe and healthy for your body. One of the ways we do that is through a Functional Movement Screening.

This pre-workout screening is designed to test your movements and mobility to determine which exercises will work best for you. This is one of our many methods of determining how best to approach your workouts and how to improve your health.

Over time the screenings will show us where your mobility and strength has improved with exercise. This tool is very helpful in informing your trainer how to approach your workout regimen.
