High school sports can be competitive, and we want to help high school athletes become stronger and better equipped at the sport they play. Our high school athletic training program builds on our middle school program with a focus on movement patterns and variations and progressive loading.
The 60-minute program aims to provide high school athletes with a good workout that will help them perform well and avoid injury. The session includes a warm-up, speed and agility training, strength training, and conditioning.
SPARC Gym’s main goal for high school athletic training is to provide young athletes with an opportunity to grow and build their skills at their core to enhance performance on and off the field.
