ACL Bridge Program
The transition from post rehabilitation to sports and physical activty can be a difficult and glaring task. SPARC’s ACL Bridge Program is designed for patients post-rehabilitation for ACL and lower extremity injury to assist this transitional phase with expert sport coaches and athletic trainers with knowledge of return to sport and activity protocols. Participants should expect to help improve movement efficiency, lower body strength, functional performance, core stability, and mobility.
Total Joint Advanced Rehab
Total Joint Advanced Rehab program class is designed for patients that have had a knee or hip replacement and successfully completed 6 weeks of physical therapy. This class is geared to improve your overall fitness and wellness proper exercise prescription with coaches with experience in post-rehabilitation performance. The Total Joint program emphasizes the incorporate of compound and functional movement patterns in order improve balance, strength, mobility, and flexibility.
The Performance Clinic at SPARC operates as a testing laboratory for athletes. We offer the following assessments: Gait Analysis, VO2 Max, Lactate Threshold Testing, Resting Metabolic Rate, Dexa scans, TPI Golf Screening, Functional Movement Screening, Orthotics, and Concussion Screening.
