PRO SPORTS TRAINING & COLLEGE ATHLETE TRAINING

Our pro sports training staff is well-equipped to handle your needs. We are focused on injury prevention and improving your overall strength and health. The SPARC Gym pro sports training professionals know about all of the strain that your body is under as an athlete; we aim to reduce the risk of injury and therefore improve your athletic performance.

We also offer college athletic training for athletes trying to prepare for a season or staying in shape during the off-season. At SPARC Gym, we focus on your overall wellbeing. We work with you to improve your sport, but also focus on keeping your whole body healthy.

When you contact our staff about our college athletic training, we would love to find a program that works for you, whether it’s small group training, personal training, massage therapy, or any combination of the above. After our initial consultation, our athletic trainers will help you decide how our pro sports training program can be fit to your needs.

ENDURANCE TRAINING

A program designed for runners, cyclists, swimmers, and multi-sport athletes to maximize race performance and prevent injury. The primary focus of the Endurance program is mobility, stability, strength, power, balance, and flexibility. The coaching packages available you with a high level of attention to detail. It includes annual training plans customized to your phase of training as well as the number of days and hours per week the athlete is available to train. Programs are completed in 4-week blocks according to individual needs and are modified as necessary. All athlete tracking will occur via online training software (Training Peaks). Athletes will have access to the coach by e-mail and phone, as well as in person meetings by appointment. Each program includes an initial assessment and basic nutrition parameters.

NOVICE PACKAGE

PRO TRAINING PACKAGE

  • $100 Initial Fee
  • Initial Assessment; DEXA Scan, Lactate Threshold test, Functional Movement Screen, Health/Racing History
  • Annual Training Plan
  • Membership to SPARC facilities and 2-day per week strength training program
