Dear SPARC families,

We would like to post our schedule for the beginning of the New Year at SPARC in 2015, because there will be some new programs and minor changes in some class times. Before reviewing the new schedule, we would like to thank you all for bearing with us through the increased volume of emails we have sent out recently. We do not plan to make a habit of flooding your inboxes, but we want to be sure to communicate well with our members. Also, the new schedules will officially begin Monday, January 5, 2015.

First, please make note of some new programs you will see on the schedule that will be available at SPARC in 2015:

  • Empower: fitness program for teenage girls 12 & up
  • Speed & Agility: running mechanics and speed adaptation class for athletes
  • Women’s Fitness Class (Team Training): strength & conditioning program for adult women
  • Adult Sports Performance: strength & conditioning for adult athletes, such as multi-sport, endurance, tennis, golf athletes, etc.
  • Club Team Training: strength & conditioning for club teams, such as volleyball, endurance, baseball teams, etc.
  • Pro Training: strength & conditioning for professional athletes

Sports Programs Schedule:

  • Sports Performance (ages 12-14)
    • Monday-Friday: 4:15pm, 4:45pm, and 5:30pm
    • Tuesday and Thursday: 6:00am
    • Saturday: 10:00am
  • Sports Performance (ages 15 & up)
    • Monday-Friday: 4:00pm-7:00pm (please allow at least an hour to complete your workout before close at 7:00pm)
    • Tuesday and Thursday: 6:00am
    • Saturday: 10:00am
  • Speed & Agility
    • Saturday: 11:00am
  • Adult Sports Performance
    • Please contact us for information on class times as we are currently filling this new program to accommodate as many clients as possible
  • Club Team Training
    • By appointment
  • Pro Training
    • Monday-Friday: 9:00am and by appointment

Fitness Programs Schedule:

  • Ignite - Team Training
    • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 6:00am and 6:00pm
    • Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday: 10:00am
  • Women’s Fitness Class - Team Training
    • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:30am
  • Empower
    • Tuesday and Thursday: 4:30pm
  • Private Training and Small Group Training
    • By appointment
