We are kicking off 2015 with a great new class for women! The SPARC Women’s Fitness Class is specifically designed to meet healthy lifestyle and fitness goals for women. The program will help women work towards their goals by promoting healthy functioning bodies, increasing energy, and getting our class members to feeling and looking younger through carefully thought out, science-based exercise and long-term program adherence. SPARC Specialists desire to apply their knowledge and experience to educate and involve women in the type of exercise that will lead to healthy life in this season and in the long-term through progression. We want to give women access to a sustainable, rewarding avenue of fitness. In addition, this program offers accountability through community building with other goal-oriented women and dedicated SPARC Specialists to aid in program success. That is what SPARC is here for… to make sure this crucial part of everyone’s health is a success!
SPARC Women’s Fitness Class will be offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:30am. This program is part of our Team Training model, so our other group fitness classes will also be available to Women’s Fitness members as a supplement to their training. The price for membership to Women’s Fitness and the other Team Training classes is $119/month.
As a New Year’s introductory offer to the Women’s Fitness Class, SPARC is offering the month of January for $100 to anyone who registers before December 31, 2014!
The first Women’s Fitness Class will be on Monday, January 5, 2015 at 8:30am.
